The Process

Step 1: Family Application

The first step in the placement process is to fill out our family intake form so we can learn more about your family's childcare needs and your goals.

Step 2: Consultation Call

During this call, we will answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss the application, desired schedule, job responsibilities, and the qualities you are seeking in nanny candidates.

Step 3: Customized Search

We do all the heavy lifting to vet, background check, and verify the nannies we send over to meet your requirements as well as our agency's predetermined requirements.

Step 4: Interviews

Families can expect to receive 3-5 candidates that meet your requirements. From there we will arrange interviews with the candidates you wish to meet. This can be arranged in person or via zoom.

Step 5: Trial Period

We highly recommend a working trial day to ensure your desired candidate is the right fit for your family. Trials can be as short as a few hours or over a few days. Trials should not exceed 3 days.

Step 6: The Hiring Process

We have partnered with the leading payroll companies to ensure hiring and paying your nanny is a breeze! We will also create and finalize contracts, and provide best practices for a successful nanny and family relationship.
